MI-FRA Company was founded in 1980 in Madignano, in province of Cremona, and operates in the field of light metal carpentry for contract work of various types of sheet metal (pickled and sendzimir sheet metal, steel, aluminum, copper, GPO3, lexan and PVC), dimensions and thickness (up to 15mm). Thanks to its decades of experience alongside large companies, MI-FRA can offer a high technological quality service, quickly and flexibly. Our commitment guarantees productive continuity at the highest levels and, supported by a professional staff, we’re able to realize an idea since its origin. The company has a covered area of ​​about 3300 sq m; the plant is divided into the departments of cutting, punching, bending, welding, shearing, laser cutting, finishing and assembly.

The areas in which the company MI-FRA operates are light metal carpentry, processing of electrical panels, the production of boxes for the gas sector and components for telephony.

Our technical department can collaborate with the customer during the creation of prototypes and samples in 3D.

Management

Mi-Fra is a family-run company, headed by the Mirandi Maccalli Bonazzetti's and Franceschini's families.

Representatives and CEOs are: Angelo Mirandi, Germano Mirandi and Alberto Franceschini.

The Workforce

The number of employees working in the company with a contract (Metalworkers' National Labor Contract) is 40 employees.

In addition, the company relies on the collaboration of qualified external professionals, especially for administrative consultancy / payroll, trade union / legal advices, commercial activities for the preparation of financial statements and financial control.

The very low turnover underlines how the company is in a position of well-being.

Reference Sectors and Markets 

MI-FRA, following the customer's instructions, manufactures various carpentries, components for the telephony sector, cabinets and components for the Gas sector, boxes and armor for transformers.

The reference market is the Italian one and now we are mainly present in Lombardy, in the provinces of Cremona, Brescia, Lodi, Milan, Bergamo and Monza Brianza. Other regions of interest for MI-FRA are Veneto (Vicenza), Tuscany (Arezzo) and Sicily (Trapani).
